Tuition and Fees
Worried about finances for college?
We are here to help! Williamson Christian College offers payment options that will fit into your budget. Many of our students take advantage of federal financial aid which offers grant funds as well as low interest loans that you don’t have to pay back until after you graduate. There are also some scholarship opportunities available. Payment plans are an option that may be used with or without federal financial aid. Contact Chris Suitter in the Financial Aid office for more information on how we can help. (See below for contact info)

Refund Policy
Students who drop/withdraw a course (regardless of whether a single course, a concurrent course or a consecutive course) will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition and fees as of the date of the official drop/withdrawal less an administrative fee of $100. Please see the Drop/Withdrawal policy for deadlines for dropping a course. Students who drop from full-time to part-time status will be charged the part-time rate for the remaining courses. The application fee is not refundable.
Students who drop/withdraw from one or more courses must complete a Drop Form with the Registrar. The date of the drop is determined by the Registrar.
Students who register for courses which are canceled by the College may either substitute another course or be granted a full refund of the tuition for those courses. The refund does not apply to the application Fee.
The Disbursement section of Policies and Procedures Governing Student Financial Assistance found in this catalog governs the refund of financial aid funds to students.
Refunds to students not receiving financial aid will take 4 to 6 weeks.
